I’ve found that there a lot of albums I review where I don’t actually have that much to say, even though I still want to review them of course. I do have story style posts that I do enjoy doing aswell.
Thus, I thought I’d set myself a challenge, make this review of the third Foo Fighters album, There Is Nothing Left To Lose, as little words as possible. Less long-winded to read too I think! Definitely the softest Foos album – yes they can be quite heavy for me – I was inspired to review it after seeing Biffy Clyro at Kendal Calling and doing my softer playlist for them. Here goes.
Major key. Power pop. Melodic. Would skip first track and turn volume down during screaming sections of “Breakout.” I know I can’t take heavy music. Features “Learn To Fly.” My favourite Foos album.
See you next time!
